    This place suits me perfectly, offering great wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. I'll never forget how the staff helped me find my lost ring. The friendly team always makes me feel welcome. I'm coming back for Xmas!

    it was a 5 star hotel in the true sense of the word.

    In Peru one must be careful when booking hotels. Double means to single beds unlike most of the rest of the world. If you want one large bed for two you must book as matrimonial. i knew this before booing but do not recall seeing the option on the website.

    It is a nice hotel, confortable and with excelent services. It is located in front of a golf course that provides a beautiful view and in a nice neighborhood of Lima City. Good for business and family visits. I only booked it few hours before because I spent the full day stuck at the airport due bad weather and the hotel was just what I needed to rest to take my flight next day.

    Wi-fi Internet is not strong enough at the room where I stayed (604) and since I found the drinking water next to bathroom sink and not in the minibar I did not know it would be charged (10 usd)

    Unexpected comfort in chaos

    The staff were pretty good, always smiling and ready to help. The gym and the view from the balcony were highlights.

    The room needed more attention. I found some maintenance issues like a stuck TV remote and a strange bathroom door stopper that was inconvenient.

    Staff is polite and makes fee at home

    Most hangers in the closet were damaged. The bathroom needs to be upgraded. Hot water on the shower on and off.

    The hotel is good located and is very international. It offers all facilities for a business trip in a pleasant atmosphere.

    The smell sometimes coming from the toilet in room 1434 and the noise due to the proximity to an emergency exit.

    Unpleasant experience with misleading guest policies!!! I found the casino unnecessary and inconvenient, not everyone wants to deal with that!!! Communication about additional guest fees needs clearer standards and better handling!!!
